We want to make sure you get your new footwear as quickly and conveniently as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping options. Please remember that delivery speed is approximate and calculated after your order has been processed.

*Second day delivery may not be available on all items. If you need a product by a specific date, please check product availability before placing your order. For security purposes, expedited deliveries may require matching shipping and billing addresses.

At this time, we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

For your reference, here are general estimates for delivery before a holiday, based on order cutoff times. Please note these are estimates, and we will do our best to ensure your package arrives on time.

Returns

Our hope is that you are thrilled with your purchase. If, however, it isn’t everything you’d hoped it to be, you can return it for a refund. Just a few things to remember:

  • We must receive the merchandise within 30 days of the order date (when you placed the order).
  • It must be in unworn condition in the original shoe box (the one it came in).
  • The original box must be untaped and unmarred (in good shape).
  • You must put the original box in another carton or poly bag (to protect it during shipping). This can be a new or previously used box or bag.
  • If your return is denied, you’ll be notified. You must arrange prepaid return shipping for the item within a reasonable period after our notification. Items not claimed within this period may be discarded.

It’s simple! Just visit our returns center on our website to start your return. You will likely need the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and shipping zip code. No order slip is required! Once you complete the return process, you will receive step-by-step instructions.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping from locations outside the United States. All charges for such returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Not your style? If you received an item as a gift, you can still return it. Visit our returns center and look for the option related to returning a gift. You will likely need to enter the order number and your email address to initiate the return. Don’t worry, the person who gave you the gift won’t be notified of the return!
